Having four cars in the family, I am no stranger to Zaloom's Auto Repair shop. Over the years George has been extremely helpful, whether it be for a simple repair, a tire change or an oil check. More than just the helpfulness and the great work he does, most importantly, George is honest. No matter what I need for my cars, George is completely honest in telling me what it is they need, in the moment or in the future. First visit to Zalooms (based on Demandforce and Yelp reviews) and came away untarnished.Excellent customer service. My car was already in a pretty great shape (as confirmed by mechanic - kudos for his honesty on that), and only required oil change and wheel alingment, which was fixed to perfection.Joe is a great guy and he goes into details on what needs fixing and what was fixed and what does not need to be touched - prices are fair, and the experience was great. Needless to say, I will be back here again.

Great work and communication. Affordable and they don't try to rip you off, straight forward and tells you how it is. Would like to see them use courtesy paper floor mats to not dirty rugs.

I was late for my appointment for wheel alignment but still my car was taken care of very quickly. And they noticed that my inspection was expired as well and issued me a inspection sticker as well. Awesome people to work with.

Zaloom is awesome. They are very professional and do quality work. I recently had all my belts changed by them, and I cannot be happier. Their drop-off system is great for people like myself also, who are always on the run, and do not want to burn a day off to get work done on their car. You will not go wrong if you bring your car to these guys.

Zalooms saved me. Im from boston and when i got down to ny the first thing my car did was break down and the dealer said it would be 600 and a month before i got my car fixed. Zalooms got me back on the road in two days and for only 350. They were great and i would recomend them to anyone
