My first experience at Zaloom's was wonderful! They were honest, polite, and extremely friendly. They had me in and out quick and were able to answer all of my questions. Zaloom's definitely gets an 'A' in customer service in my book!

Service was prompt, efficient and reasonably priced..The atmosphere was pleasant. aaaaaaaall inall a good experience.

Service was quick, friendly, and well executed. When I requested an oil change and it wasn't required, the staff advised me. The option to make appointments on line, was so convenient and they serviced my car right away, so I could wait.

I called Zaloom's at 930am for an inspection and went right in. 10 mjns later I was done. Very fast service and the man explained everything to me (I don't know much about cars or what any of the car stuff means)! And I was out of there :) nice and easy
