This was my first time there and I was very pleased with the service. They were polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. It was a pleasant experience.

As always courteous gives informative solutions to a problem. No surprises explains charges prior to doing work to make sure the customer can make an informed decision. Family like environment like back when people were not just about business but friendship too.

Ed and Joe and Zaloomie Car Care were extremely helpful and courteous. My 2012 honda civic was making all kinds of noises, not starting and flashing all kinds of codes. The work was fantastic, the bill was reasonable and the car drives like new. I have recommended this place to others and will be in for further repair. Ed really knows his stuff and is very nice and explains every detail so you aren't lost. Not a bunch of bs people, very loyal and true to the customers. 5 stars

Very easy to get an appointment. The staff was courteous and friendly and there was free coffee! When my car needed to stay for a few more hours they drove me back to work and offered to pick me up. Ed took the time to explain everything to me and my boyfriend so I understood what was being done to my car and why. As a first time car owner, I got very lucky visiting this place

They treat every one like family. They'll let you know what services are necessary for safe operation of your vehicle (especially for the season) and what isn't really needed. It feels just like having your own family mechanic.
