I am drawn to Zaloom's because the people here have a good sense of customer service. They are polite, friendly and professional, not like other hard-selling auto shop personnel I've had the misfortune of meeting a good too many times. I recently needed to have my car's driver side view mirror replaced asap. Joe got me an aftermarket replacement part, had it painted match my car and installed as promised. Needless to say, I was a satisfied customer although I thought I could use a lower charge =). Upon comparing the service with the dealer's offer, I would have paid at least USD100 more.Prior to this visit, Ed referred me to a different shop to match a specific job for my car. I thought that was very kind and honest of Ed when other shops would have pushed their way to get the business even if it was not exactly what I wanted.These people deserve to be in business and I am a happy patron.

Zaloom's customer service people are friendly, are easy to approach. On my last visit, I needed my driver's side mirror replaced with an after market version asap. The job turned out satisfactory; my new side mirror matched my car, work as expected and was installed immediately the following day as committed. I just felt I could use little more discount. :) Overall, I must say that I was drawn to Zaloom's Joe and Ed seem to be more attentive to customer's requirements more than other hard-selling auto repair shop people I have met.

Great service!...I highly recommend!..They don't try to sell you anything you don't need...I've only had the pleasure of dealing with Joe, but the entire staff seems very professional and courteous...They have earned themselves a long time customer...They even had crayons for my daughter to color with!

The best. Family business, locally owned. It takes an enormous amount of integrity to live among your customers, especially if you own an auto repair business. I have absolute faith in George, Joe and Ed. They will have my business as long as I own a car.

My truck suddenly stopped running and would not even turn over - these guys were great - they had flat bed there in under an hour found the problem right away fixed it and identified another problem in my ground end sparing me from possibly losing my front tire - they were efficient , professional , and the price was more than fare - I will definitely use there service again as well as send them anyone I can
