First time at Zaloom's & so impressed. Friendly & they really went out of the way to take time to explain things in a way I could understand. Didn't feel pressured at all to make any decisions. Every customer was treated with kindness, courtesy & respect. Ed said I would love the wiper blades they order & put on cars, and I do. First time I've ever had wiper blades that left not a drop of water behind - I know because it rained on the way home. Free, great coffee, too, which I really appreciated. Waiting area clean, quiet ( except for their phone which kept ringing - and I'm not surprised they're popular ) TV, magazines & room to sit & wait. Had to use the restroom, too, and that was clean. That always tells me something about the people that work at a place. They were very courteous & helpful on the phones, too. Really, really impressed.
