Absolutely LOVE these guys! After a terrible experience at a previous mechanic, I was referred to Zalooms. I was skeptical because I had lost all trust in the character of the mechanics I had once went, but that fear became non existant after dealing with Joe and Ed.They truly are the nicest and most knowledgeable mechanics I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are always friendly, greet me with a smile, speak to me at length about things that need to be done, or fixed, all the while keeping in perspective the financial aspect of maintaining a car. They are always reasonable with costs, they get things fixed in a timely fashion and they are in constant communication.They are very good about having all the info needed about your car online and easily accessable. They also leave you with a list of things that you will need and when you should do them so you can keep on top of your car and maintain its life. They send you emails as reminders and fill you in on whats going on. They are not afraid to ask for feedback and welcome reviews. That shows me they are not afraid of how they are being percceived and it is very refreshing to see.You can tell they have nothing to hide, they take pride in their work, and they love what they do. Their character and their work speaks for themselves. They go above and beyond for their customers and you really feel like family. I am a customer for life.

I used to dread taking my car to the mechanics, until someone recommended Zaloom's Auto Repair. Now I know I will receive honest assessment to any problems I am having with my car. It really feels like I am bringing my car to family.

My experience was fantastic. Their staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. I have brought my car there and recommended all my friends to bring theirs as well. Other garages have miss diagnosed my car problems and wanted to charge me for services I didn't need. I generally look for three factors when taking my vehicle to an auto repair shop. They are 1) Honesty, 2) Knowledge, and 3) Speed of Service. Zaloom’s Auto Repair excels in all three aspects. From the moment I stepped into the shop (first time customer), I felt they sincerely wanted to help me with my vehicle issues. Joe and Ed both took the time to listen to me explain the issue and asked questions to make sure they understood what I was experiencing. I got a phone call later that day as they identified the problem and explained how to fix it. They were clear detailing what the cost would be and managed my expectations by providing a reasonable (quick) length of time for them to fix it (I explained that I needed my vehicle for an upcoming trip and they worked quickly to get it back to me right away). When I went to pick up my vehicle, they showed me the part that was damaged and even showed me a new one so I could see the difference and feel where my part was not functioning properly and the new one did. They also took a look over the rest of the vehicle and let me know everything looked good; which gave me a real peace of mind on my trip. It can be difficult to find a business that treats the customer right, makes you feel well taken care of and you can really trust and I’m quite happy that I found that and more.

Walked in with out an appointment and even with a full shop they said they could take care of me. Great service and friendly staff. I found my new auto repair shop.
