Paid 150 bucks for them to look at my car and tell me what's wrong with it, they refused to show me where the parts were on the engine and gave me a quote for 1300 bucks to make the repairs which was puzzling because I did all the repairs myself and spent 2 hours doing it and 300 on parts and I don't do it for a living. they charge 98 bucks an hour for labor so I guess they were quoting me 5 hours to fix the car which is a bit of a stretch. Was not happy with the customer service either felt like they were trying to get me to do more than needed for a 1999 avalon thats only worth 2200 bucks. If I did everything that was "recommended" I would have totaled the car.

Went in for car inspection without appointment. They did their best to accomodate me and got me out in 90 minutes, as promised. Always a pleasure doing business with them.

They know their business, and I absolutely trust them. First, if it's not broken, they don't try to fix it. They'll tell you it's not broken (how often have you seen that). Second, they offer common-sense cost/benefit solutions to whatever problem you really do have. Third, they back their work. Last, they are genuinely nice people

Seems like a good company, going to think about the work recommended since we may buy a new car.
