Professional operation! Ed was attentive to the needs of my vehicle The owner George, who I have known through church, was very cordial and business like. Bottom line: My car is running like new again!

I have to admit I was skeptical about all the 5 star reviews but now I am a believer! I have not been to this shop personal for service but my 72 year old mother uses them. Recently she had service done and had some concerns about her bill and if the services were necessary. She was so upset thinking she had been taken advantage of. She called to complain and the owner George personally spoke to her, explained the services performed and that they were recommended by manufacturer, and even made a courtesy adjustment to her bill. He is a honest business man! His main concern was that she would remain as a customer and he would do what it took to make her satisfied. My mom has used them in the past and has always told me they were honest and fair. Now I truly believe that. As a woman it is very overwhelming going to get a car serviced so knowing they can be trusted is 5 star worthy!! Thanks George.

I had let my inspection lapse and Ed was kind enough to squeeze me in so I could avoid getting a ticket. Thanks guys!

As pleasurable an experience as getting your car fixed can be. Ed and the gang really treat there customers like family and are always full of good advice. Definitely the best shop I have ever been to and I have been to a lot over the years.

I was on the south shore and my car would not start. I came very close to calling a tow truck and deliver my car to Zaloom's. Someone said "tap the starter" and see if it starts. We did and the car started. We did it a few times and the results was the same. I immediately called Zaloom and asked if they would take me in on an emergency. They told me to bring it in an the part will be waiting when I got there. When I got there, the auto was put immediately on the lift and the starter was replaced within 1 hour. Zaloom did it again. This is why I recommend all my friends to Zaloom's. Professional, courteous, and reliable. Thank you Zaloom's.

George, the owner was very to the point in explaining what my car needed and I felt very comfortable with his explaining what I needed and did not need.

Awesome garage. First time going there because I needed an oil change and my exhaust had a leak. turns out I needed a whole new exhaust system, being a young girl the owner said its gonna cost you way too much to do it here and knew a guy whod do it for about half the price. I thought this was great, its hard to find a trustworthy garage nowadays, most placed would have charged me the 2500. Would definitely recommend.

After needing to replace some parts, and an accident forcing me to have further repairs, I laughed when I discovered a flat tire yesterday as I walked past my car. Feeling frustrated and fed up, I called Zaloom's Auto Repair and was immediately placated by their helpfulness and kindness. I brought in my yet again injured vehicle and the staff was so pleasant. My car was fixed immediately- I think i waited about 15 min and I was on my way. Good customer service and efficient staff goes a long way.
