Phenomenal service. What a pleasure to meet & do business with the folks at Zaloom. First-time customer, 100% satisfied. Courteous, knowledgeable staff that really went out of their way to explain & answer my questions. Made an appointment time online & chose the option of being reminded of appt. by text. They went out of their way to be kind to everybody, and I felt no pressure to buy anything. I watched the way they treated me, customers that came in, and each other, and was so impressed. I chose to have wiper replacements. The wiper blades they use are superior to anything I've had before, which never really cleared and dried windshields.

Very good organized shop. Only a few minutes waiting time.

Amazing customer service! I needed an inspection and 4 places turned me away without even looking up from their desk. Zaloom accommodated me even though they were super busy because I needed it done asap.

I needed someone to check out a used care I was buying. I'm not from Staten Island. Zaloom's did a pre-inspection check so that I knew the car was solid. It was easy to get an appointment, they were honest, and they did the NY state inspection for me after I bought the car. I would definitely recommend this shop.

Family-owned, staffed with people who WANT to be there doing what they are doing - that is the key difference between this shop and the average chain store. Ed, Joe & Mr. Z all work with you, give you options and actually recognize you when you come in more than once. More places need to be like Zaloom's an it will be SI's loss if they ever leave. This is THE ONLY independent shop I trust to real work on my cars. In fact, Mr. Z has even offered to help me if I get stuck should I try doing something to the car myself. I go to Zaloom's to have the work I can't do myself done. I recommend you do the same.
