These guys at Zaloom are the best! They take care of my 2006 Mazda 6 and my wife's 2005 Toyota RAV4. These vehicles have some years and mileage on them but continue to run perfectly! Credit for this goes to the entire Zaloom team.

I initially took my vehicle to Zaloom's for a second opinion regarding issues another mechanic said my vehicle needed repair on. They spent about 15 minutes looking at and listening to my vehicle running. Rather than simply agreeing with the first reference and charging me for work on my car, they spent time explaining what they were looking/listening for and stated they had no evidence of the supposed issues. They sincerely stated how they did not want to fix something that wasn't broken and charge me for nothing. On the second visit for a second opinion, Keith, one of the mechanics, drove around with me to listen for sounds my car was making and pinpoint the issue. Each occasion, Keith, Joe, George, and two other mechanics (I can't remember their names :( have taken time to examine issues my vehicle may have and explain what they're looking for. They have never pushed me to hurry up and get work done there, nor have I ever felt them exaggerate the severity of problems.I had the belt and windshield wipers replaced there a few weeks ago and was charged a great price for phenomenal work!They are incredibly friendly, honest, and helpful.

My first experience was great. They made me feel welcome with their excellent customer service and on a professional level, insuring me that my car will get taken care of just like my doctor would take care of me. My car and I found a great place to go if any repairs is needed. Thank God for my car doctor!!! They're highly recommended!

It was a simple inspection, but with a 30+ year old car that may not always be simple! the crew was able to take the car in right away and got me back on the road quickly. This is way I go to Zaloom's this is way I recommend them to every one!

Extremely professional

This was my first visit to Zaloom's. So far, so good. Ed Magee may very well put an end to the oxymoron "honest mechanic".

My experience with them was excellent. .i had a pmc problem with my jeep ..no one else i took my bonnie (jeep) to knew what the problem was. Bonnie kept stopping in driving mode...and zalooms fixed it..bonnie hasn't stopped since...thanks zalooms...
