I like the customer service at Zaloom. They are very professional.

only problem was that there was some scuff marks on my drivers door which i have to compound off ,also grease stains on hood of car

This is a place that does things the right way. Customers do not feel inferior. Staff sit down and take the time to explain (in layman's terms) what they recommend be done for your car. They offer rides to people who may need to get home while their car is being worked on, or picked up when their car maintenance is complete. These are genuinely good people. I ran into a bad experience at Midas, called Zaloom's (no prior relationship) and they had my car in within the hour, finished by the end of the work day, and I didn't feel used. I spent more than I would have at Midas, but Zaloom's corrected the problem, didn't put a band-aid on it. It's a shame that more mechanic shops are not like Zaloom's, but I'm sure glad I found one.

The mileage on my van was only 72,200 miles not 172,000. I appreciate your honesty in not repairing my van. I only wish I hadnot just spent over $500. to buy tires and pass NYS inspection.

Check engine light on. Leaving town next day. Problem was diagnosed and fixed the same day. Car is running like new. Thanks George and Joe

This was my first experience with zaloom's. They repaired some difficult electrical problems on an older model car. They did a good job with the repair. Afterwards I brought in my newer car for service and they did a good job with that car too. I became a new customer with Zaloom's.

Joe was courteous and accommodating as always. Service is top-notch!
