I took my car to them for repairs and they ran an extensive diagnosis on my car, figured out the problem and got my car in working order. They are honest and down to earth. Great service. People there really took the time to explain what they fixed and showed me the readings on my car from their machines!- - then comparing the before and after once they were done!

Zaloom's is really customer service oriented. I did a checkup on my car and a serpentine belt replacement, and they really went above and beyond in terms of service. I brought them my old '88 Mercedes, (not every shop will look at it since it doesn't connect to computers). Well, they were familiar with the car and very enthusiastically tested the car and did the repair. I got a chance to speak directly to the mechanic at length, which means a lot. They are also the friendliest auto repair service I've ever seen in the NY area. It doesn't get better than this!

This is a great place to bring your vehicle to. There honest and caring. They will take care of your vehicle like if it was there own. One of the best thing is they will explain things to you so you know what they did and why they did it. I highly recommend Zalooms Auto Repair to anyone. As long as I live in nyc this is where I will come.

Exceptional human beings, great service.... There are hundreds of places where you can service your car.....but this is the first I've had the combination of professionalism, good services, honesty and thoughtfulness which certainly set Zaloom's apart from the rest..... the only other place has been the dealer....but that is certainly at a higher cost (and in NJ) so I'm glad I found them!! Feels great to contribute to my own community too!

Amazing! Called you guys for an urgent repair and you got it done in a few hours when I thought it would be a 2 day job. After being there only 10-15 minutes I walked out feeling like I'd just made some new friends instead of thinking "I hope these guys don't rip me off" and you didn't!Steve
