I brought the car in without an appointment, and everything was handled quickly & professionally. It's nice to drive a car without strange sounds coming from your rear wheels. It's also nice to know that the checkup showed everything in AOK condition. Keep up the good work.

My car was making a rattling/metal scraping on metal noise. Took my car to Zaloom on a recommendation of a friend. It was 11am and I needed my car back by 3pm. The team checked over the entire car and determined that my heat shield was hitting a pipe. They removed the shield and returned my car on-time. Courteous, prompt, professional service. Will definitely return.

I decided to keep my 2001 Honda Accord and had plans to do some preventive maintenance to keep it dependable and make it enjoyable for me too. I decided that the timing belt should be first. I began to shop around to get a price on a timing belt. I called Honda, another Privatly owned chain Auto service, and then Zaloom's. Zaloom's not only beat every other Timing belt quote but found every other thing that I wanted to fix on my car. I let them perform service that other places have tried to sell me for years only because I new I could trust them. I polished up my paint and now My car is like new for less than I would have spent on a down payment for a new Honda. I am going back with my Nissan Quest.

Its important to have good customer service in any business. This autoshop has that down to a T and as long as that is consistent, I do not see why they would not have repeat customers all the time.

I was recently in a car accident and was rear ended. I had to take my car to an alternate body shop in Brooklyn to get the work done, but after a month and a lot of headache and unprofessional attitude, I had enough. The trunk sensor was still broken and instead of going back to the shop, I decided to try out Zaloom's after a recommendation from a friend. I have to say, it was the best auto shop experience I have had in a long time. Professional and courteous, and attentive to your issues and concerns with your car, they don't even give you a run around. I came in to have my car inspected. Even without an appointment I was able to have my car inspected pretty much right away and it was ready well within the time frame that I was given. Everyone was super nice and helpful as usual. I didn't feel pressured at all. It doesn't hurt that you can get a great pastrami sandwich next door, while you wait!

After having an absolutely awful experience at a gas station for a routine car inspection, I came to Zaloom's. I had never been there before. I was treated so well! They offered me coffee, water, etc. They asked if I was waiting for my car or if I needed a ride anywhere. They were so nice ! I will definitely go back to Zaloom's.
