It is nice to know that you can still find integrity in business these days. I found it at Zaloomie Car Care. Recently Zaloom's performed some preventive maintenance on my Honda which included battery replacement. Since the service I had been having some very intermittent issues with starting that I could no longer ignore. On my way home from experiencing the issue again I called Joe and he told me to bring the car right in. Billy listened as we discussed the issue and went right to work. The battery terminals were corroded and were causing my intermittent issues. They replaced them and it was time for an inspection so they did that as well. When I was leaving I was only charged for the inspection they covered the battery terminals because of the service that they had performed a month or so earlier. It really is refreshing to know that there are still businesses oout there that will treat you the way you expect to be treated.
I decided to try Zaloomie Car Care 2 Weeks ago and brought my 2001 Honda Accord. I was so happy with the level of service that I received that I promised to bring back my Nissan Quest which was showing signs of Brake Wear. I made an appointment on the internet and received a confirmation shortly after. I showed up as scheduled and they went right into action. Within an hour Joe called back with the estimate of recommended service which again was what I expected. The service was performed in a timely manner and even better than that it was finished for the price that was quoted in our first phone call. I am confident in their service and also confident that both of my cars are now ready for the winter ahead.
