I'm from Brooklyn and I blew a tire on the Expressway thanks to a pothole. I found these guys and they took care of me like I was family. Great family run business. Highly recommend.

A representative of Zalooms had allerted me to the fact that my inspection was over 7 months old by leaving a business card on my car windhield to that effect. By doing so, they saved me the cost of a summons. I then walked into their facility unannounced and asked for an inspection and oil change. Their facility is very organized, clean and the work I requested was completed within a half hour as I waited in their waiting room which offered coffee and seating. The entire experience was obviously very positive.

Best customer service experience I have ever had for this car. We have been traveling around the U.S. for six months and are now living on Staten Island while we purchase a place in Manhattan. If we keep the car, we will always come back to Zaloom's for any repairs or upkeep.

When I called with my car problem they answered the phone with professionalism and courtesy and did not rush me. Also, the actual work was high quality. That combination makes me want to bring my car back if anything else needs to be fixed.
