Very happy with my experience. I went to Zaloom based on a recommendation from a friend and I was not disapointed. My engine seemed to be on its last miles when I brough my car in, but whatever they did to fix it worked out great because the issue completely went away. Ed took the time to explain exactly what the problem was and what repairs were needed. They also did a free checkup and pointed out an unrelated issue with my muffler (it was about to fall in the street due to a heavily corroded bracket) and they recommended a muffler repair shop that could handle the specialized welding required, and where I also ended up being very satisfied. This advice probably saved me the cost of a new muffler. The staff at Zaloom was very friendly and inspired confidence. I would not hesitate to recommend this place.

I am very glad that I went to Zaloom's. They don't try to take advantage of you. They only extra thing they suggested was something that I already knew needed to be done. They were very courteous, and I will definitely be taking my car back to Zaloom's.

If this type of language is appropriate for auto inspection, then I must say it was an extremely pleasant experience including the fee involved. I will most definitely return and I feel fortunate that I have discovered such an excellent shop for all my car needs. I have already informed my son where to bring his car when necessary.
