Haven't been to Zaloom's in a while because our vehicles have been operating well. However, as soon as we went back, Joe and Ed greeted us like old friends would. I've now gone here for two separate occasions and had great experiences both times. As someone who is from Idaho and has his own mechanic back home it can be a little overwhelming with all the options you have here. The people at Zaloom's were immediately welcoming and didn't try to oversell me on anything. They even told me that while they suggested I flush my power steering fluid that at the time it wasn't necessary for my car's health and saved me over 100 dollars. They could have easily told me I needed it but they were honest. I'm sad I'm graduating and moving away because it's hard to find a good honest mechanic like the ones you deal with at Zaloom's.
