From start to finish this establishment was amazing. It's very intimidating to walk into a mechanic shop knowing you're going to pay an arm and a leg. Then there's the one problem with the car that usually turns into a handful of issues and the price keeps going higher and higher. That was not the case at all using Zaloomie. The front desk staff member Angela was straightforward and compassionate from the beginning. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She throughly explained the process and was very punctual with updates and pricing. The mechanics were amazing. They diagnosed the problems and were able to provide a plan of action to fix them in order of importance without breaking the bank. Their pricing was fair and the service was prompt. My car runs great again! I greatly appreciate the kindness and professionalism of all at Zaloomie and will definitely be using them from now on for any and all repair and maintenance. I've been bringing my car here for years. When i first bought my truck, the Gulf station down the block from me failed to bolt the skid plate on and I had to pick it up where it fell off on the street! Then, they refused to diagnostic test to figure out why the check engine light was on to do an inspection, and told me to go to the dealer! I considered selling my truck until I found Zaloomie. I called them and they assured me they could absolutely fix whatever was wrong with it. Not only did they fix it, but they also gave it a hand carbon cleaning because it had never been done and showed me before and after pictures for free. My truck ran so well I brought it back and had them do a full fluid replacement and have been using them ever since. Don't go to these hacks at Pep Boys always trying to upsell you things you don't need. Always use a master Mechanic like these guys. My truck runs better now than when I bought it 7 years ago and with a 145,000 miles on it, because these guys are putting the right weight oils in and fluids. A few months ago, one of my half ass mechanic friends said the transmission fluid smelled burnt. I bought it to Billy and he checked and said " You don't need it, your wasting your money. " that's the kind of honesty you get from these guys. Goodyear tire soaked me for 900 bucks for tires and said I needed a new tie rod. I brought it to Zaloomie; asked how the tie rods were, again, he said they're completely fine and you don't need them. You know why they don't upsell you? Probably because they don't need to.
