Had a problem with my battery called brought it in got the car back within an hour, as usual great service

Took my car to be diagnosed with seatbelt light on. Billy couldnt have been nicer. Although I need to take it to the dealer Billy did not charge for the diagnosis nor would he accept a tip. I believe this is a reputable and honest place to go. Thank you.

Very Professional and Knowledgeable. I left my car off in the afternoon; i walked up to the store. The manager of Zaloomie called me in about an hour after doing complete diagnostics on our car; i thought it would take longer. But it was quick and Billy was very Courteous!!! i Definitely will give 5 stars and recommend any of my Family and Friends to go here for their car check ups 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

SINCE THE MOMENT BILL PICKED UP MY PHONE CALL, HE SHOWED HIS HIGH PROFESSIONALISM BY BEING POLITE AND PATIENT TO LISTEN TO MY CONCERNS. HE IMMEDIATELY MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR ME FOR THE NEXT DAY. THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT HE TOOK CARE OF ME RIGHT AWAY AND CHECKED MY CAR RIGHT VERY QUICKLY. THEN, HE CALLED ME TO TELL ME WHAT THE SITUATION WITH MY CAR WAS AND GAVE ME A REASONABLE QUOTE FOR THE NEEDED REPAIR. THE CAR IS NOW FUNCTIONING VERY WELL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ZALOOMIE CAR SERVICE.
