I came to Zaloom's for the first time a couple months ago when my car started making a horrifying noise when I braked- like stepping on the tails of hundreds of cats at the same time. Turns out my brakes were messed up- who'da thunk.Anyway, everyone I worked with was helpful and nice. They took me and showed me on my car what was wrong and explained what had to happen. Also, they were very up front about pricing. Plus they seem tech friendly and will email you updates when your car is in the shop and whatnot.They had drinks and cookies while I waited and I even overheard them discussing the money they were donating to a local charity (it was Christmas time). All around it seems like a very friendly and honest family business. A few weeks later I returned with an unrelated problem which they again took care of quickly and professionally. I hope I don't have any more car troubles and won't have to go back- but if I do- I know they will take care of me.

I think these guys are great. i work down the road from them and had no way to get back to work. They offered to drive me in my own vehicle and pick me back up to drive me back to the office so that I can pay! They checked things I asked and I had them change the oil. Their oil change was same price as the usual place I USED to take my cars to. Their prices for other things are comparable to many others that do not give your courteous and expert knowledge performed with professionalism and care to your wallet and circumstances in time and travel.

The minute you walk in you are greeted politely and respectfully. Unlike many shops where they make you feel like "they" are doing you a favor by fixing your car Zaloom's understands you are the customer and they are providing a service. They will not force you you into any repair you do not need and repair was completed quickly and professionally. Will not go back to a franchise repair shop again. I highly recommend you give them a chance, even if just for an oil change. Good to see some people still understand how to run a business!
