Joe- I appreciate your courtesy and professionalism. I'm a bit concerned, did you guys rotate the tires? The left passenger tire is still in the same place I had left it. I know this because it was recently balanced and their is a shiny new weight on it. If the rotation didn't happen, then your rating is obviously not a 5 star. Rocco

Went to this place by recommendation after being lied to by previous mechanics. Service was outstanding, They showed us what was wrong & their service was fast. Waiting was of no problem because there were nearby stores (i.e, burger king, starbucks, cvs & dunkin donuts). All their employees were friendly. Will definitely recommend Zaloom's to others.

After receiving $2100 cost estimate from Midas for replacement of the followoing: Timebelt, waterpump, complete frontbrake. I decided to get a second opinion. So I decided for that place. They have a waiting room/office with TV (news is always on) They have Keurig coffee cups for free. Chocolate bars to support high school students. I receive a cost estimate for the above repairs for $700. That is $1400 cheaper than Midas. So I gave them my keys and took my laptop out using their free wifi. Same day service.

Good oil change & inspection
