Always a good experience. Very hard to find a mechanic you can trust, with Zaloom's you walk out knowing they did not take advantage of you. I sent a friend there once with transmission problems, other "reputable" shops had given him different diagnostics ranging from $600-2,000. Zaloom's guys spent time properly diagnosing the problem and then told him not to worry that he still had some miles left on his factory warranty. They connected him with a local dealer and the repair was done at no charge. Whenever I recommend Zaloom's the fact that they are honest and reliable wins then over!

During my inspection they noticed something that was wrong and brought it to my attention. This had nothing to do with the inspection. I was greatful because it could have been costly or dangerous down the road.
