Great service, very patient when you asked many questions and seek clarity, which often turns me off about many businesses in New York. I also found it amazing that the lowest price they gave me went down when they did the work because it cost them less.. that's what I call integrity, they've won my loyalty.

This place has a bunch of highly professional staff and great personal service. They are very polite and pay attention to detail. It was my first time there and I was very comfortable, will certainly recommend the shop to everyone.

So far, so good. The work was very neat, and I got my car back when promised. The new battery I needed (an Interstate) looks cool there, with its green and white case. I brought the car in for a check engine light issue, and it seems to be fixed. Time will tell with those type of problems, but it's off to a good start. Keep up the good work, people.

I couldn't have been more pleased with my first experience at Zaloom's, from scheduling my state inspection on the phone with George, to the time and care Ed took with me in recommending needed maintenance for my car. Everyone was friendly and professional; the facilities were clean and woman-friendly, which you don't readily find in a garage; and I was in and out of there in just over an hour. I've already scheduled some of that maintenance with Zaloom's, and I hope this is the beginning of a long relationship with my neighborhood garage.

My experience was excellent. Just knowing that someone really cares that my car is in excellent shape is important to me. There were two wonderful gentlemen Joseph and Ed who greeted me and explained what my auto needed. They actually showed me what was wrong. It's like going to a great doctor who checks you out from head to toes. My car needed brakes and struts (which were leaking). Can you imagine going through the winter and breaking down? I knew when I left, that I would be back for checkups in the future. I've made Zaloom's Auto my auto doctor. I was surprised that the particular parts installed in my car had a lifetime guarantee of the auto and the labor was guaranteed for two years. HOW COULD I GO WRONG? They took their time and made sure everything was ok. If I have one complaint, it was that it took a while and they did not feed me. Next time I'll pack a sandwich just in case.
