Very difficult repair done quickly. Ed was my service rep. and he took the time to show me the failed part and explain the details of the repair. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for! One of the most professional repair shops I have ever used.

Zaloom is the best. They are both friendly and responsive. They have twice been able to fix my problems quite rapidly (once the same day i brought the vehicle in with no reservation). They worked with me on what i should do with them and what could be held off until i was with my local mechanic. They have experienced capable mechanics. I totally trust my vehicle repairs to them.
Everyone at Zaloom's was welcoming and kind. They took the time to explain everything to me, and were more than accommodating. I will definitely come back for future repairs.
