Excellent customer service and knowledgeable mechanics/staff. Joe and Ed were extremely kind, patient and accommodating. I will no longer be using my former mechanics because I was so happy with service given me by Zaloom's staff. I recommend Zaloom's highly to anyone looking for a great mechanic/auto center.

Friendly, thorough, affordable service. I brought my car in for inspection and they took the time to bring me into the garage and show me the suggested repairs noted in the engine and explained the rationale for everything they did. They offered me the best prices and solutions for any problems, and didn't talk down to me or try to squeeze unnecessary repairs out of my car. They worked quickly and checked on me frequently, offering coffee and conversation. I will return to Zaloom's for any future maintenance!

I've been to this place a few times and always had go experiences. They are always friendly, professional, even offer you Starbucks with their credit card. They don't lie to you and make you waste money for stuff you don't need so their honest people. They had so many good reviews so I thought they were fake but now I think they were real. Staten Island Advance rated them the best auto repair shop. Though since I know someone who was a mechanic I can probably get stuff done cheaper but their works has a warranty and they do their job good. They take long but they always make up for it whether it's free Starbucks or anything else that would make you happy. Honestly they're excellent and trust worthy mechanics who you can rely on. 5 Stars.

I had my car towed there based on the reviews, and it really worked out well. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to not only let me know what was needed to get the car back on the road, but recommendations on additional maintenance my car needed. The repair was done really fast. I can't say enough good things about the whole experience.

I purchased a used Equinox in Jersey city almost a year ago. Since my purchase every other week i was in the service center with problems. My car completely shut down on me .The service center in jersey city would not do anything for me all doors were shut my warranty was up. I needed to find a close place to have my car towed.I went On line and came across Zalooms. I had no information about this place, but again i had no choice it was the closest place to my home. I had them tow my car. Here is where i met Ed Magee the most kindness and genuine man you could meet I knew as soon as i walked through the door. He helped me go through my paper work and my warranty.He took time and had patience to go through everything with me. he asked me to leave my car with him and he would get back to me. WELL!!!! I HAD SO MANY THINGS WRONG WITH MY CAR!!!!! I was so upset with HUDSON KIA IN JERSEY CITY... For promising me the world and giving me a complete lemon. Ed helped me he actually called HUDSON KIA for me and tried to help me get compensated for this MESS!! He didn't have to do this at all, This is the kind of man he is. He took time out of his day to help me. Ed gave me the best deals and tried to save me money and completely understood my frustration.I have been driving my car now for about 2 months with NO!!!problems. Ed i am so thankful for and will NEVER!!!!! GO ANY PLACE ELSE.. I referred so many people and will continue, its hard to find a shop where you can trust people. THIS PLACE IS GREAT AND HONEST!!!!!!!! THEY ARE NOT HERE TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT THEY ARE HERE TO HELP YOU... SATISFIED CUSTOMER.. ED IS THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!
